Holistically Grown Goodness.
Permaculture Design. Free from Additives.
Enjoy delicious locally grown produce courtesy of our Sandy Loam Produce division. Our Sandy Loam Produce is grown using Holistic practices that go well beyond the requirements of an Organic system. Since its inception the the gardens are managed using a permaculture design, basically this means that the current crop will be grown using the recycled materials from the previous year as well as the organic matter supplied from the livestock that feed on the hay that we grow right here. Pest and weed control are managed with the use of mulch, netting, row covers and the good old "doing it by hand" approach. Our "no additive" policy means you can be assured that the product grown it of the highest quality and free from any chemicals (certified or not). The taste is unparalleled and if you are interested we sell our product all season long right hear on our farm, or at the Sudbury Markets on Thursday @Paris and York st (across form Bell Park) and Saturday (Downtown Sudbury)
